VAA2012-Rehearsals Feb 17

	Rehearsals started very early in the morning in the Vaganova Arts Academy room (Imvu). The opening was deferred to Feb 24, but activities won’t stop in between until then. There will be individual and group rehearsals and testing of the music equipment and playlists as well.
	IMPORTANT: All dancer student has been assigned a group for the Feb 24 opening. Each group A,B,C and D will start at a different time of day to solve the problem of different Time Zones and to keepthe group numbers below 10 persons in the room.

Important Announcement

The Season 2012 Opening deferred to Fri Feb 24

After considering the present state of the preparations in the Vaganova Arts Academy room (Imvu), the ballet mistresses have decided to deferred one week the opening day. This will be in the benefit of all participants and the original purposes of the academy. In this way, dancers, teachers and managers of the facilities will have a better opportunity to rehearse, make outfits ready, adjust installations and organize groups in an optimal form. Until yesterday, we were in a rush, running against time making this process a hard and stressing experience for all of us.

It was wise to make this timely change and look forward to re invite all those students who were deemed unavailable, not on time or not ready to participate in the first date Feb 17, as it was.

We expect your understanding and gladness to know we are all having an extra week to prepare ourselves for the great day.

Group Activities on Feb 17 are not suspended, they will work as a Reheasal for the Opening to be held on Feb 24.
